Gamma Lids Description
It’s a two-piece closure system. It includes (1) a threaded resealable cover lid and (2) a bucket rim adapter ring. This system creates an airtight seal for your bucket storage.

Double Gasket in Gamma Lid
Creating a two-piece sealing system for plastic buckets is important. It needs to be airtight and leak-proof. This is essential for both buyers and users. Innopack® ensures the double-gasket on plastic buckets with 2 rubber gasket o-rings.
- The first gasket attaches to the threaded gamma lid (on the Bucket Cover)
This addition of non-toxic rubber has a thickness of 3.2mm, which is replaceable between the lids and the adapter. It ensures lid screw tightly and fully sealed to prevent leakage.
- The bucket adapter has a second gasket ring with a thickness of 6.5 mm.
This Thicker Rubber O-Ring gasket is also replaceable and food-grade, which seals the adapter and bucket rim. It helps to ensure the bucket, stability, seal, and tightness.

How to install a Gamma Lid
Install your Gamma Seal Lid with these basic steps:- Bucket prep: Buckets with 12″ openings should be clean and dry. Remove lids.
- Position the adapter ring on top of the bucket, ensuring it is perfectly centred and flat on the rim.
- Secure the adapter: Tap the adapter ring around the bucket lip with a rubber mallet or wood block to secure it. For a uniform fit, go around the ring evenly.
- Check that you properly fasten the adapter ring to the bucket without gaps or unevenness. The ring should not move under pressure.
- Put the lid on: clockwise spin the cover lid on an adapter ring.
- Remember, it’s easy to replace the double gasket. Let the innopack® double gasket seal the bucket, adapter, and lids tightly for your advanced packaging solution.

Our factory locates in Jiangsu, China. It takes about 30mins by speed train from Shanghai Airport to our city. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory anytime.
A: Please send us enquiries via Alibaba, or email us, and you can give us a call to tell us your needs, we’ll reply you ASAP.
A: Usually you can provide us information either the three ways listed below:
1. sample bucket for us to copy.
2. layout or 3D drawing of the bucket or design
3. the size of the bucket.
A: If we have stock for the models you need, we can send you our stock sample, no sample cost. But if you need your own design, sampling cost will be charged. And for both ways, the courier freight needs to be covered by you. And samples can be sent through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL, ect.
A: We need to make new moulds for your own size, and this will cause tooling cost but it can be refunded after order qty reach what we required.
So normally we would suggest you can use our similar mould size existed.
A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance upon shipment.
The most common way to pay us is by T/T. LC,DP, DA is also acceptable.
A: For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like Fedex, UPS, DHL, ect.
For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder (FOB price). Or if you don’t have one, we can quote you CIF price.
